At the height of my first career, I worked the standard issued 80 - 100 hours a week, focusing on work and forgetting myself. I thought my relentless grind, sacrifice, and surrender to a no-life mindset would get me to where I wanted to be. BUT IT DIDN'T!
In 2012, I faced a physical and mental health crisis that forced me to pause and reevaluate my priorities. This experience was a turning point, making me confront the consequences of overworking and neglecting self-care.
It took over 10 years for me to heal my body from the toxic way I was living my life, and I made it my mission to help as many people not fall victim to the same fate.
