The Energy Edit is an 8-week group coaching program designed to help you finally stop running on fumes — and start operating from alignment, clarity, and power. This is your invitation to reset both sides of your energy: the physical and the practical.

Co-led by Olivia Nakimera, Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, and Aleisha Agard, Life Strategist and Productivity Expert, this experience brings together the best of habit science, holistic health, life systems, and coaching in a supportive space where women do less doing and more living well.
