After spending four years as a Mechanical Engineer, I was feeling stuck in a cycle of stress, drowning at work. Bringing in some self-awareness, I began to pay attention to myself and the person behind the job. From a birds-eye view, I watched myself repeat the same patterns, feeling the same way each day. I decided to take time to evaluate what I was doing and how I felt; I needed to change. Little did I know, I was beginning my journey to balance then, and it was during this shift that I crossed paths with Aleisha.

As the Systems and Process Coordinator at Build the Balance, I utilize my organizational skills and ability to grasp complex problems. My ability to listen and see people where they’re at allows me to offer reflective and comprehensive solutions. I’m committed to supporting you in your development.
