You're carrying everything, and you're exhausted.
The Energy Edit is a warm, interactive workshop that helps educators and school professionals reset their relationship with energy — the kind that fuels both how they feel and how they function.
In this moment of rising burnout, depleted bandwidth, and back-to-back responsibilities, it’s easy to keep pushing through — while quietly running on empty. This workshop offers something different: space to breathe, reset, and learn practical tools that help staff reclaim their energy within the life they already have.
Combining both wellness and systems strategies, The Energy Edit bridges the science of energy with the realities of a demanding school day — offering grounded, real-life shifts to help participants feel better, think more clearly, and move through the week with greater ease.

Why Is This Different?
Most wellness or productivity workshops give you a checklist. This gives you a shift in mindset, in energy, and in how you move through your day.
1
It meets you where you are—without asking you to do more. No prep, no pressure. Just show up—exactly as you are.
2
It’s about restoration, not more hustle. Learn what’s draining you, what fuels you, and how to make space for both.
3
You’ll leave with action, not just notes. Walk away with 1–2 micro-habits you can actually use this week.
4
It’s designed for real life.
Simple, sustainable tools that work whether you’re leading, caregiving, or just holding it all together.

BUILD THE BALANCE
more energy, really?
You may not be able to take things off your plate, but you can change how you carry them. Sometimes, it’s not about doing less. It’s about doing differently.
A small shift in how you eat, rest, move, plan, or pause can return more energy than you think.
